Chrome Fast Yellow 8GL
|
This dye belongs to the aminoketone class, which are not usually used for staining tissue sections, and it may not be readily available. It was recommended by Lendrum (under the name luxine pure yellow 6G) as the displacement dye in a modified yellowsolve technique as a suitable replacement for saffron in the HPS if the differentiation is kept short. Although a mordant dye it is used as a normal acid dye in this method. |
